Hubungan Kolelitiasis dengan Kadar Bilirubin Total, Gamma Glutamyl Transferase dan Alkaline Phosphatase

Abstract

Kolelitiasis merupakan salah satu gangguan saluran empedu yang seringkali tanpa gejala sehingga sulit dideteksi dan kerap salah diagnosis. Gaya hidup sedenter diperkirakan menjadi salah satu pemicu utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kolelitiasis dengan kadar bilirubin total, gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT), dan alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Penelitian menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan data rekam medis di RSUD Dr. H. Abdoel Moeloek pada periode 2019–2021. Sampel dipilih secara purposive dari pasien yang memiliki hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium bilirubin total, GGT, ALP, serta pemeriksaan pencitraan abdomen. Total 62 data pasien dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kolelitiasis berhubungan signifikan dengan peningkatan kadar bilirubin total (p=0,000), GGT (p=0,000), dan ALP (p=0,000). Dengan demikian, kolelitiasis memiliki hubungan bermakna terhadap peningkatan kadar biomarker fungsi hati tersebut.
